FocusReset is an educational tool, not a medical device. The 7-day program, content, and AI coaching are designed to provide frameworks and strategies for managing screen time and building healthy habits. They are not intended as a substitute for professional psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3. Use License
Upon registration, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FocusReset for your family. You may not:
- Modify, copy, or distribute our proprietary materials, program frameworks, or AI prompt structures.
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the FocusReset platform.
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. FocusReset cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
5. Refunds and Subscriptions
We believe in our 7-day program. If you complete the 7 days and feel it has not provided value to your family, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Otherwise, lifetime access purchases are considered final once the 14-day window has elapsed.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FocusReset or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FocusReset's website.
7. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on FocusReset's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
